Delivery and Returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Airmail and Registered Airmail with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by TnT or FedEx which requires a signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


How Long will it Take to Delivery?

Total delivery time is composed of two parts.

1.The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them.
2.The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination.

Returns and Refund Policy

Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only after the customer service staff have authorized the return and issue them with the RMA number.

Please ship the package to the designated address provided by the after sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

Faulty products can be returned to us if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above problems, please contact us immediately.



If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund minus shipping fee or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 42 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
